My office is a quiet room set aside for exactly that, where you can slow down and say the thing you have been carrying without feeling rushed. Sessions are private, and the pace is yours to set, whether you arrive with a clear goal or just a sense something needs to shift. The practice is easy to reach from around Tampa, whether you work downtown, study nearby, or drive in from elsewhere in the city. You will find an unhurried space and a straightforward welcome, no hoops to jump through. If getting downtown or parking is a worry, let me know when we speak and I can point you in the right direction. ## Who I work with - **Adults:** Individual counseling for work stress, anxiety, low mood, life changes, and more. - **Teens:** A steady, respectful space for younger clients, with families kept in the loop as it makes sense. - **First-time clients:** If you have never tried therapy before, we start gently and explain how everything works. - **Returning to therapy:** If you have been before, we build on what you already know about yourself. A regular room to think in can be its own kind of steadiness. ## In person or by video Some people value the ritual of coming downtown, others prefer to meet from home. Both are on the table. We can begin in the office and switch to video when travel or scheduling gets complicated, or do the reverse. Secure telehealth is available anywhere in Florida, so the choice can flex with your week, and you are welcome to change your mind as circumstances change.
