## A city that rewards keeping up

Miami runs hot. Real estate, hospitality, finance, logistics, healthcare and the businesses feeding them all move quickly, and a lot of people here work long hours in industries where visibly struggling feels expensive. Add long drives, high living costs and a social culture that keeps going late, and the tiredness can be easy to explain away for years. Therapy by video is often the first thing that fits, because it takes an hour instead of an hour plus traffic in each direction.

Miami is also a city of arrivals. Many people here moved from another country or another state, and support networks are split across time zones, languages and borders. Missing family, holding two cultures at once, or being the person others rely on back home is real weight, and it is a normal thing to bring to a session rather than an unusual one.

## How the work is done

I am Jason Versace, MA, LMHC, NCC, licensed in Florida under MH21235, practicing as Psi Wellness, Inc. Sessions are held in English. The work is solution focused and blended with CBT, ACT and DBT: we get clear on what you want to change, then work on the thoughts and habits sitting closest to it. Short measures such as the PHQ-9, GAD-7 and MDQ help us see movement instead of relying on memory.
