The office is at 400 N. Ashley Drive, Suite 1900. Hours run Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Wednesday from 3:00pm to 9:00pm, and Saturday from 10:00am to 4:00pm, so a Wednesday evening or a Saturday morning can work when weekdays are already full. On the weeks when the drive is one thing too many, secure video covers the gap. Teens can join a session by video from home, and families can meet together in person on a Saturday or by video from the living room. The best appointment time is the one you can actually keep. ## How the work is done I am Jason Versace, MA, LMHC, NCC, licensed in Florida under MH21235, and Psi Wellness is my private practice in downtown Tampa. The work is solution focused and blended with CBT, ACT and DBT skills: we get specific about what you want to be different, look at what already helps, and work on the thoughts and habits that hold the problem in place.
