## Free 15-minute consultation

Every inquiry can start with a free 15-minute consultation. It is a short conversation about what you are looking for and whether this practice is the right fit. There is no charge and no obligation to book anything afterwards.

## Insurance

Psi Wellness works with several insurance plans and also sees clients privately. Coverage varies by plan, so the quickest way to know exactly what applies to you is to ask when you get in touch, and we will check it before your first appointment.

## Fees and sliding scale

-   A sliding scale is available. If cost is a barrier, say so when you get in touch and it will be discussed openly. 
-   Session fees are confirmed with you before your first appointment, so there are no surprises. 
-   Sessions are available at the Tampa office or by telehealth at the same standard of care.
