Psi Wellness is an outpatient psychotherapy practice. It is not a crisis service, and messages, voicemails and emails are not monitored around the clock. If you need help right now, use one of the resources below.

## Psi Wellness is not a crisis service

Please read this carefully. Therapy sessions here are scheduled appointments during office hours. Nobody is watching the phone, inbox or contact form outside those hours, and a message sent here may not be seen for a day or more. That is not the right channel when something is urgent.

-   Do not use the contact form, email or voicemail to report an emergency. 
-   Psi Wellness does not provide diagnosis, medication or emergency care. 
-   In an emergency, call 911, or call or text 988, or text HOME to 741741. 
-   If you are already a client and something urgent comes up, use the crisis lines above first, then contact the practice during office hours.
